3rd Annual Inspirational Women of the S.F. Valley

The United Chambers of Commerce opens nomination window for the 3rd Annual Inspirational Women of the San Fernando Valley.

On December 1st, the United Chambers of Commerce of the San Fernando Valley began accepting nominations for their annual Inspirational Women of the San Fernando Valley. The organization will accept nominations until March 3rd, 2017, at which time the selection committee will review all nominations, with honorees announced by March 27, 2017.

Once again, the lunch will recognize 5 women from across the San Fernando Valley who have inspired, achieved and made the San Fernando Valley a better place. Over 100 nominees have been submitted over the last two years. The inaugural class included seven such women: Kafi Blumenfield, Asta Criss, Kellie Cueto, Joan Matlese, Michelle Miranda, Gloria Pollack, and Maureen Ryan. The 2016 honorees included: Carolyn, Blashek, Susan DuBrin, Ginny Hatfield, Veronica Padilla, and Deanna Thomas.

The nomination process requires a one-page biography of the nominee, along with basic information, and a four-question questionnaire. The completed form should be e-mailed (marian@unitedchambers.org) to the United Chambers.
